Mike Doughty (he/they) Program Coordinator

Born in New Jersey but living in Central New York since 2014, Mike has a B.A. in English from Montclair State University. They bought a house in Cortland with his partners in March 2022. Having struggled to consistently find queer spaces they fit into, Mike is passionate about curating a space for all kinds of queer community. Outside of work, he enjoys playing video and table top games or cross-stitching.

Regina Cuddeback (she/her)
Sexual Health Educator

Hailing from New Jersey, Regina has a B.A. in Psychology from Ramapo College with a minor in Gender & Sexuality studies. She served two years in the AmeriCorps in Tulsa, OK and Jacksonville, FL before moving to Cortland in August 2021. She offers sexual health education for school and community settings on topics such as puberty, healthy relationships, contraception, and more. In her free time, she enjoys theatre, gaming, and spending time with her cat.
